Deep thermomodernization
It’s a set of renovation and modernization activities aimed at achieving zero energy consumption in a building. The results of these applied solutions are:
- Achieving a low-carbon footprint-building standard and minimizing the demand for new building materials by utilizing recycled materials, following the principles of a closed-loop economy.
- Achieving a zero-emission building standard while improving its thermal and moisture parameters.
- Enabling energy management in the building through the implementation of intelligent metering and energy management systems.
- Facilitating the monitoring of the effects of introduced changes in modernized buildings with IT tools.
Pilot thermomodernization
Four buildings in the Forest Districts of Kraśnik, Warcino, Radom, and Tuchola will undergo pilot deep thermomodernization. The development of concepts and subsequent preparation of project documentation for selected objects are to complete in the first half of 2025.
